Refund & Cancellation Policy
At STYLE365 – STUDIO SALON, we value our customers and aim to provide a seamless booking experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for salon service bookings.
Service Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.

“No-shows” (failure to attend without cancellation) will be charged 100% of the service amount, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for pre-paid bookings cancelled 4 hours or more before the appointment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Once a service has been partially or fully availed, it is non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items

Memberships, promotional offers, and gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
